AHEAD OF THE CURVE BY OPTIMIZING THE CURVE
  The heart of the P3 technology lies in a unique emitter manufactured of composite refractory materials, opacifiers and high temperature bindery. Ther P3 emitter can be fine tuned to a more pure wavelength just slightly shorter than the wavelength of maximum absorption of the coating. This in effect best matches the output of the heat source with the absorption curve of the material. The power of P3 lies in its ability to bring the coating up to curing temperature very quickly. The result is a significantly more productive system.
IT'S ALL ABOUT PRODUCTIVITY
  The unique features of P3 can not be overstated, actually taking gas IR technology to a new and more efficient level.
Among its many features are the following:
THREE SECOND HEAT UP
  P3 heats to full power within 3 seconds after ingnition. There is no need to run the system when parts aren't present.
ONE SECOND COOL DOWN
  P3 cools down instantly. Process temperatures can be maintained with extremely tight tolerance even with sudden line stoppages.
INSTANTANEOUS TEMPERATURE MODULATION
  Low mass of radiant surface allows instant response to power output modulation-with a 10 to 1 turndown ratio.
HIGH FACE TEMPERATURES
  P3 can produce temperatures as high as 1800°F (982°C). This assures not only maximum heat ouput but delivery of radiation in wavelengths usable in most applications.
HIGHEST RADIANT OUTPUT AND EFFICIENCIES
  P3 emitters generate power to spare-up to 475 BTU's/in2 input and 326 BTU's/in2 (95watts/in2) radiant output. This equates to 68.7% fuel to radiant output, the highest efficiency in the industry!
VERSATILITY
  P3 can be easily installed in all positions horizontally, vertically, face-up or face down. This versatility allows for incorporation into the most demanding areas. The P3's instantaneous temperature modulation means it can handle parts of a much wider variety of sizes and mass on the same line.
